Temperature Controllers

Model 120

Model 100 & 120_Manual

Designed for equipment manufacturers, the Model 120 Temperature Controller provides a cost-effective way to quickly and simply incorporate state of the art microprocessor-based control capabilities into a wide variety of products. It accurately regulates electrically controlled thermal processes operating at temperatures between 0 and 400 degrees Celsius, typically maintaining temperature stability to within one degree of setpoint.

The Model 120 Temperature Controller provides the benefits of digital technology and the industrial design freedom of a custom control without the engineering and on-going support expenses of developing a proprietary design. Its rugged design, field-proven in tens of thousands of controls installed worldwide, ensures durable trouble-free operation.

The clearly legible LED display module (which normally shows the process temperature) takes up less than 7 square inches, making the Model 120 Temperature Controller ideal for applications with small or crowded control panels. Application-specific graphics on an inexpensive printed overlay (optionally available from DCS) easily customize the Model 120's ergonomic user-interface to your product.

Designed with today’s strict product safety requirements in mind, the Model 120 Temperature Controller complies with UL 1262, CSA C22.2 No. 24-1987, and CE.

Various standard options, including a second display (showing setpoint), integral over temperature protection, and timer are available.
